Booking Details & Policies

Price calculation policy:

Above price rates are quoted per person.
Above price rates are based on Full-Board accommodation aboard the Nile cruise, and on All-Inclusive accommodation in Hurghada Resort.
Above price rates are inclusive of all applicable service charges and taxes.
Single Supplement on rooms occupancy is 70%.
Upper deck guarantee supplement aboard the Nile cruise is $10.00 per person per night (this rate may vary according to the type of the shipt).
Triple rooms are based on extra bed to be placed in twin bedded cabins.
Above rates are valid for All Markets, based on allotment, tour series and individuals and not valid for closed groups or Incentives.
Rooms are on a run of the house basis.

Children Policy aboard the Nile Cruise: 

Less than 6 years old child will be free of charge sharing parents’ cabin.
From 6 to under 12 years old child will be granted 50% reduction from adult rate, based on extra bed, and with maximum 1 child per cabin.
Children accommodated in separate cabins will be charged adult rate.

Children Policy at Hurghada Resort: 

First child less than 12 years old child will be free of charge sharing parents’ room.
Second child from 6 to under 12 years old child will be granted 50% reduction from adult rate, based on extra bed, and with maximum 2 children per room.
Children accommodated in separate cabins will be charged adult rate.

Check-In and Check-out:

Nile Cruise Check-in time: not before 11:00 AM
Nile Cruise Check-out: not after 08:00 AM

Hughada Resort Check-in time: not before 12:00 AM
Hurghada Resort Check-out: not after 11:00 AM

Itinerary:

All Nile Cruises reserves the right to amend the day to day itinerary as requires by the Nile authority, such changes will be noticed in advance to you whenever possible and on day to day basis if necessary, during the cruise with tour leader/guide on board.

No Surcharge Guarantee:

The price of your tour which we confirm to you at the time of booking, including any increases or reductions applied at that time, is fully guaranteed and is not subject to any surcharges.

Payment:

To secure and confirm your booking, a 25% deposit of the total invoice amount is kindly requested within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation and invoice.

Your confirmation email will include a detailed payment schedule, specifying the due dates for any remaining payments, together with the applicable cancellation terms and charges.

We kindly recommend completing the initial deposit within the specified timeframe to ensure that all requested arrangements and services can be secured and maintained for you.

Please note that payment deadlines and cancellation terms may vary depending on the policies of the individual service providers involved in your booking, including airlines, hotels, Nile cruise ships, railways, car rental companies, and other relevant travel service providers. Where applicable, any such provider-specific conditions will be clearly outlined in your booking confirmation and payment schedule.

We kindly request the outstanding balance to be settled at least 61 days before you travel.

Cancelling or Changing Your Booking:

Should you wish to cancel your tour, please notify us as soon as possible by email or in writing. We kindly ask that you also provide the reason for your cancellation to assist us with the necessary arrangements.

Any applicable cancellation charges will be determined in accordance with the cancellation schedule provided in your booking confirmation. The applicable charge will be calculated based on the number of days between the date we receive your written cancellation notice and the scheduled departure date.

We recommend contacting us promptly should you need to cancel, as early notification may help minimize any applicable cancellation charges.

Cancellation of your booking by us (force majeure changes or cancellation):

The tours scheduled on our website or in our brochure are planned many months in advance and sometimes changes may be necessary although we would normally expect to be able to provide you with the services confirmed by us in respect of your original booking.

The arrangements featured in our advertisements are by their very nature complex with services from many different airlines, hotels and transportation companies. Due to demand for flights, hotels and accommodation and transportation over which we have no control, it is not always possible to guarantee flight or other transport departures, the aircraft type or other type of transportation, or accommodation. Flight or other transportation timings and carriers are stated to you for guidance only. Final details will be shown on your tickets or sent with your Joining Instructions, approximately two weeks prior to travel. We reserve the right to make changes. We will make every effort to provide as much advance notification as possible but we feel it is only fair to warn you of possible variations.

In the event that a tour, or any part thereof, must be canceled by us while you are at the holiday destination, you will be offered the option of an alternative tour of equivalent quality.

In the unlikely occurrence of cancellation due to force majeure circumstances "such as war threats, global health pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control" a full refund will be provided for the affected travel services.

Change or addition to your booking:

If you want to change any part of your holiday arrangements after the invoice has been issued, we will do our best to make the change, however, it may not be possible. Any request for changes must be made by the person who made the original booking. We may ask you to put these in writing. If it is possible to make the change, it will be subject to a free administration charge, and payment of any further costs incurred as a result of the change such as the cost of replacement visa, re-ticketing costs of scheduled transport, costs associated with changed group numbers. Please note that it will not be possible to make changes within 30 days of your scheduled departure date.

Arbitration:

Should you have a problem, you must notify the Tour Manager/local representatives/local tour guide who will do whatever he/she can to help you there and then; you may be asked to complete a client complaint form at the time.
